It depends on the form: Basic Form is Wind, Highland Form is Wind and Grass and Beach Form is Wind and Water. The base values, trait and skills stay the same across every form — only the element and the habitat change.

How does Chirpi evolve?

In the official Aniimo index the line runs Chirpi (Basic Form) → Tromber or Cornet or Tubster (Gamma Stage). Where two names share a stage, the line branches: the stage before evolves into one or the other. The index does not say what triggers each step or which branch you get — we will add that from our own playthrough rather than guess.

How many forms does Chirpi have?

3: Basic Form, Highland Form and Beach Form. Forms are the same creature, not separate entries — they share the same dex number, the same base values, the same trait and the same skills. That is why we keep them on one page instead of 3 thin ones.

Is Chirpi any good?

Nobody has played the release version yet, so anything about tier lists would be invented. What the numbers say: its REGEN of 93 is above average, while its ATK of 75 is well below average, for 443 points across all six values. Those are the index base values — the level they refer to is not documented, so read them as a shape, not as a score. We will judge it properly once we have used it.
