Popapus

Popapus is Water. Its role in the official index is DPS.

The official Aniimo index lists Crescent Bay. We have not stood there and seen it ourselves yet, so treat that as a lead rather than a fact — we will confirm or correct it once we have played the area.

In the official Aniimo index the line runs Popapus (Basic Form) → Gachapus (Gamma Stage). The index does not say what triggers each step — we will add that from our own playthrough rather than guess.

Nobody has played the release version yet, so anything about tier lists would be invented. What the numbers say: its ATK of 102 is right around the middle of the dex, while its P.DEF of 58 is among the lowest in the dex, for 450 points across all six values. Those are the index base values — the level they refer to is not documented, so read them as a shape, not as a score. We will judge it properly once we have used it.

Gachapon: Each basic attack and skill triggers the gacha once, randomly firing an orange, purple, blue, or gold bubble and adding that bubble color to the gacha slots. Gold bubbles have a 1% chance to appear, while each other color has a 33% chance to appear. When the slots hold 5 bubbles of the same color, or when a gold bubble appears, all bubbles are cleared and [Jackpot] begins for 10s. In [Jackpot], basic attacks and skills no longer trigger the gacha and always fire Rainbow Bubbles. Basic attack damage +60%.
