Shelly’s skills
Strikes the target with a shell. If there’s a water environment nearby, activates puddles within the hit range to deal additional damage equal to 30% Might and increase Damage Amp by 15% for 20s.
Continuously consumes stamina to roll forward and ram targets, dealing damage and restoring stamina over time. Creates a puddle when the roll ends. Stamina can be restored this way at most once every 3s.
Wields the power of water to attack targets at close range.
The story of Shelly
According to the in-game index, Shelly conceals itself among beach shells, holding them in place with its soft appendages, and stays sealed during the day. Pawprint has also given it its own Observation Diary episode on the official channel. Paraphrased; replaced with our own observations after launch.

Where do I find Shelly in Aniimo?
The in-game Aniilog lists Echoback Landing. The official index also names Crescent Bay, but the game itself does not, so we go by Echoback Landing.
Is Shelly only active at night?
The in-game description says it remains sealed during daylight. Whether that means it cannot be caught during the day, or just looks like a shell, is exactly the kind of thing we would rather test than guess.
What element is Shelly?
Water, in the DPS role.
Is Crescent Bay the same as the Island of Peace?
Probably, but nobody has confirmed it. The June announcements called the new water region the Island of Peace; July coverage and the official index both call it Crescent Bay. Same description, two names, no source that connects them.
