Budsquire

Budsquire is Grass in every one of its forms. Its role in the official index is DPS.

In the game's Aniilog, Budsquire is listed in Sea of Flowers and Rosetower Woods.

In the official Aniimo index the line runs Budsquire (Basic Form) → Thornblade or Melloblum (Gamma Stage). Where two names share a stage, the line branches: the stage before evolves into one or the other. Evolution conditions — Thornblade: Aniimo level 27, then defeat a Thornblade with a party that has only a Budsquire in it. Melloblum: Aniimo level 27, a personality that includes Faithful, and the item Stamen of Cubbo's Rose (community databases, not yet checked in our own save).

2: Basic Form and Towerwood Form. Forms are the same creature, not separate entries — they share the same dex number, the same base values, the same trait and the same skills. That is why we keep them on one page instead of 2 thin ones.

We have not ranked Budsquire yet, and a ranking without play time behind it would be invented. What the numbers say: its ATK of 107 is above average, while its P.DEF of 59 is among the lowest in the dex, for 428 points across all six values. Those are the index base values — the level they refer to is not documented, so read them as a shape, not as a score. We will judge it properly once we have used it.
