- Why it works
- Hold Somniwing's Ethereal Light Wave, break with Pomawk, then slip in Melloblum's Thorny Blessing right before the Break State opens so Thornblade hits into it buffed.
- The catch
- The rotation only pays off if the buff lands before the break. Somniwing comes from Elite Training.

- Why it works
- Leafy's Vitality Blooms supplies energy to Grass teammates and its off-field trait creates grass after three teammate skill casts. Somniwing adds energy recovery, while Turbo supplies damage support. This is a full-kit rotation: the same four names do not guarantee the same effects in Egg Heist's assist slots.
- The catch
- There is no dedicated BREAK slot. Check the target's full type matchup and your available skills and held items; a matching element alone does not establish the same performance.

Thornblade Melloblum
Budsquire branches at the Gamma Stage: it evolves into either Thornblade or Melloblum — two separate creatures with their own entries, not a special form. Evolution conditions: Thornblade — Aniimo level 27, then defeat a Thornblade with a party that has only a Budsquire in it. Melloblum — Aniimo level 27, a personality that includes Faithful, and the item Stamen of Cubbo's Rose (community databases, not yet checked in our own save).

Grants Thorny Blessing to the whole team. When dealing Grass critical damage to a target, creates thorns beneath it that deal damage. Triggers up to 1 time every 0.5s for 15s.
Summons a rose that explodes and applies Rose Mark to the target. Rose Mark blooms after the target takes 3 critical hits, healing all nearby allies for 5% of Melloblum's HP.
Releases petals that track and attack the target. This skill gains 35% extra critical rate.
