Sekhmet No. 140
Desert Empress is the most narrowly targeted partner skill in the game: it speeds up Anubis specifically, by 20–40% at base, and adds another 30–60% crafting bonus if Sekhmet is itself standing at a Workbench or Workshop. A designated support act for one named colleague.
Where to find Sekhmet
Sekhmet roams the Dessicated Desert (desert_orange_C) at Lv 37–42 — the accessible mid-game population.
A higher-level group lives on Sandstone Gate Islet at Lv 65–68, and a Lv 80 population sits in the World Tree aura zone. It also appears at the Black Marketeer at roughly 41%.

Stats & how they vary
Melee 100, Shot 115, Support 100. Rarity value 5, Size M. The four bars show Attack = Shot 115; its Melee (100) is higher, so it hits harder up close than the Attack bar suggests. Type matchup. As a Ground Pal, Sekhmet is weak to Grass.
Work & drops
Handiwork 6 means it earns its keep at the bench even before the Anubis bonus applies.

The story of Sekhmet
"Once a fierce creature feared as a symbol of death. When Anubis claimed that mantle, wealthy elites looking for a replacement beguiled the species with wine. Before long, Sekhmet became a symbol of high nobility."
It used to be the feared symbol of death — and then Anubis took that title. The Paldeck says wealthy elites, shopping for a replacement, simply bribed the species into the role with wine. Its partner skill buffing Anubis specifically reads very differently once you know it lost the job to him.
Paired it with Anubis at the bench and the crafting queue visibly moved faster.
Lv 37–42 in the desert makes it an easy mid-game pickup. Get it before you need it.
Bought one off the Black Marketeer at 41% rather than sweep the dunes again.
