Snock No. 163
Charging Shell does not buff a number — it changes what your attacks do. With Snock in the party, everything you hit takes Electrify, which turns your ordinary damage into the setup for every Electrify payoff in the game. Its own exclusive move, Shell Charge, is the same idea in miniature: withdraw, absorb hits, then discharge.
Where to find Snock
Snock roams the meadow on Sunreach (skyisland_8_11_E_meadow) at Lv 64–65.
A Lv 65 field boss, Sluggish Blue Bolt Snock, holds the northern Crystalline Archipelago near Farcry Marsh. It also appears in the Sunreach Skies dungeon.

The story of Snock
"Tossing an Snock into the bath for a shock spa is considered a traditional health practice. That is to say, the results may be rather shocking."
Throwing a Snock into your bath is described as a traditional health practice — a "shock spa" — and the Paldeck immediately warns that the results may be rather shocking. It is a pun and a safety notice occupying the same sentence, which is roughly Palworld's house style.
Rarity 2 with a status skill this useful. Catch one on the way past.
Shell Charge makes it tanky mid-animation. Do not expect to interrupt it.
Run it alongside Slowatt. The two skills were clearly designed together.
