Souffline No. 164
Fuzzy Fairy raises the capture rate of Pals afflicted with Ivy-Covered — and every one of Souffline's own eight active skills applies Ivy-Covered. It is a self-contained capture loop: hit the target with anything it knows, then throw the sphere.
Where to find Souffline
Souffline roams the mountain zone on Sunreach (skyisland_8_07_G_mountain) at Lv 64–65.
It also appears in the Sunreach Skies dungeon, where an alpha sits at Lv 63.
Spawner code, level band and dungeon from paldb.cc, cross-checked against game8 (Palworld 1.0.2).
Stats & how they vary

Work & drops
Two work chips. Souffline is a catching tool with a work section attached.
Wheat Seeds ×1-2 (100%).
Partner skill: Fuzzy Fairy
The practical breakdown of Fuzzy Fairy.
Active skills
Grass kit, topped by Wind Burst (Lv 70, 600). Skill data from paldb.cc.

The story of Souffline
"Its fluff can be used to hide away unpleasant memories. Once carried off by the wind, you can bid farewell to the darkness they carried."
Its fluff can hide unpleasant memories, and once the wind takes it away you can say goodbye to the darkness it was carrying. The Paldeck presents this as a plain property of the animal, which makes it the gentlest thing in the entire Sunreach batch and slightly unsettling anyway.
Every skill it has applies the status the partner skill needs. No setup required.
Catch rate is the whole value — do not judge it by the stat sheet.
The Sunreach Skies alpha at Lv 63 is easier than chasing the mountain spawns.
